At Fimistore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a full refund or a free replacement—no return required.
A. Return Policy
1. No General Returns
Because each item is custom-produced based on your order:

2. Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Our print-on-demand process minimizes waste and overproduction by manufacturing only what is ordered.
Returned items cannot be restocked or resold.
If there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, we will make it right.
B. Order Changes & Cancellations
1. Order Corrections
To correct an order (e.g., size, shipping address, or design), email us at [email protected] within:

After this window, orders move into production and cannot be changed.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if requested within the timeframes above.

C. Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement (no return required).

E. Shipping Costs for Replacements

Fimistore covers shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In all other cases (if approved), customers are responsible for shipping costs.
F. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the item:

G. Transit Damage Claims
If your item was damaged during shipping:
